Atlas Construction Services LLC is proud to announce that we have recently been recognized by the town of Old Saybrook, Connecticut, for the development of several architectural contributions to the community. These awards highlight the organization’s commitment to detail in thoughtfully transforming locations throughout Old Saybrook that are architecturally interesting and aesthetically pleasing. Atlas Construction is committed to enhancing the fabric of the town’s charm and livability. At Atlas, we are dedicated to enriching Old Saybrook with high-quality developments.

Our notable projects include the Hanford Commons apartment complex at 99, 101, and 109 Lynde Street which houses 45 luxury & affordable multifamily living units. Coming in the fall of 2025 is the last phase of Hanford Commons with the addition of 76 Elm St, a planned 30-unit luxury apartment space with an affordable living component for qualified candidates.

Other recently completed commercial projects include the development of two outpatient medical facilities for Hartford Health Care, revitalizing lower Elm Street next to Pasta Vita. Atlas also built an award-winning restaurant building located at 745 Boston Post Road on the corner of Lynde Street and Post Road, adjacent to Hanford Commons, which is now the new home of Doro Marketplace.

Adding aesthetic to Old Saybrook’s north end auto row, Atlas Construction has built a new retail outlet for Atlas Outdoor Living, our luxury outdoor products division including fence, pergolas, light posts, pavilions and outdoor structures, at 250 Middlesex Turnpike. This new outlet demonstrates the quality and craftsmanship that surrounds the Atlas Companies. In the planning is another exciting addition: 91 Sheffield Street, which will include the offering of 4 water orientated luxury homes on the North Cove in the heart of downtown Old Saybrook.

Atlas’ development efforts extend to high-end residential, multifamily, national retail hospitality, and commercial office offerings throughout many Connecticut towns, including Madison, Guilford, Branford, Avon, and more.
